Your goals are my goals. My drive stems from my belief that anyone of any age or fitness level can exercise to the best of their abilities to improve their health, wellbeing, sleep patterns, energy levels and self-confidence.
I invest time and effort in my clients and become as focussed in them reaching their goals as they are.

It's never too late to start exercising
In fact, research shows that older people undertaking exercise gain as much - or even more - muscle mass than the young.
I aim to provide training and design programmes which adapt to your lifestyle and the equipment available. Investing in your own equipment may not be necessary, it may be readily available in your own home, or purchased on a budget.
Progress can be measured by regular fitness testing, or simply by how you feel - and how your clothes fit you!

With kind permission of the National Trust, my Nordic Walking sessions will now also be taking place in the beautiful grounds of Ormesby Hall.

Enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of keeping active outdoors, and perhaps treat yourself once in a while to a hand baked scone in the Hall's tea shop at weekends. Session times are flexible and pay as you go, and poles provided for the duration of the session. Places are limited. Please contact me for further information.
